iServiceDesk (Teachers College's online
work request system)
Welcome to iService Desk, TC's
online work request system powered by TMA Systems. With this system, you
can:
- Submit work requests
online.
- View on your screen an
automated response with a request
number. As work requests are accepted, you will receive email
notification of the work order
number.*
- Search for specific work
requests or work orders and check their status.
- Create instant
documentation of all your requests and have access to this information
at any time.
*All submissions receive a
request number. Once reviewed and work has been assigned, you will
receive a work order number. You may track requests using both of
these numbers.
iService Desk can be used to request
all routine maintenance and repair work. During normal business hours, all emergencies should be directed to Facilities at x. 3010. The
Office of Safety and Security, x. 3333, should be contacted for all after
hour and weekend emergencies.
To expedite your
online request, please keep the following two important considerations in
mind:

Submit only one repair per request.
§
Be as detailed as possible.
As a final
consideration, when checking the status of a request please remember the
following:

When searching by a work order number, the number must be prefixed
by “WO-“ (e.g., WO-1952255).
